Yamb — End User License Agreement and Terms of Use
Document version: 10 October 2026. Application of changes is explained in section 14.
These terms explain your use of Yamb, including online matches, diamonds, purchases and moderation. Please read them before using the app or making a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term.
1. Provider and scope
This Agreement is between you and Rika Omega Labs d.o.o., Pavlenski put 5k, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Yamb", "we" or "us"). Questions, complaints and claims may be sent to support@igre.app or to this postal address.
These terms cover Yamb on supported Apple and Android devices, including versions obtained through our official distribution channels. The store through which you obtain the app or make a purchase may apply its own terms to that transaction. Section 15 contains additional terms for Apple users.
2. Age and eligibility
You may use Yamb only where permitted by applicable law and the requirements of your distribution platform. If you are under 17, or otherwise lack the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorise your use and any purchases to the extent required by law. Parental permission does not override a legal or platform restriction. A parent or guardian who authorises use should supervise it and the available spending controls.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to check or enforce these requirements. Any action will take account of the available information and the review procedure in section 13.
3. License and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Yamb for personal, non-commercial play on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable store usage rules. Suspension or termination of this license is governed by sections 6 and 14.
You must not redistribute or commercially exploit the app, interfere with its systems, modify network requests to gain unauthorised access or an unfair advantage, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where applicable law expressly permits this. Nothing here removes rights granted by applicable open-source licenses or mandatory law.
4. Accounts and access
Protect your account and any sign-in or transfer credentials. Do not sell accounts, impersonate another person or share access to evade restrictions or manipulate competitions. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We assess disputed account activity on the available evidence; use of an account alone does not conclusively establish that its holder authorised every action.
Use the account transfer and recovery options available in the app. Recovery of an unlinked guest profile may be limited by the information available to identify it. You can request account deletion through the available app controls or the account deletion instructions. Account deletion does not remove any outstanding statutory rights.
5. Fair play and community conduct
Players must use the game fairly and treat others respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Cheating, unauthorised bots or automation, manipulating network traffic, and deliberately exploiting bugs to obtain an unfair advantage or diamonds.
- Match fixing, collusion, or using multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, rewards, entry limits or other restrictions. Normal use of an expressly permitted gifting or donation feature is not, by itself, collusion.
- Deliberately interrupting a connection to exploit the game, bypassing a suspension, fraudulent purchases, and selling or exchanging accounts or diamonds outside the app's authorised features.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful content, disclosure of another person's private information, impersonation, spam and infringement of intellectual property rights.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit us to store, display and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide the relevant app feature, moderate it and handle reports, subject to the Privacy Policy. Use the app's reporting controls or our support e-mail to report a concern.
6. Moderation and correction of unfair results
We may investigate suspected breaches using relevant technical records and information from affected players. Depending on the evidence, seriousness, repetition and impact, proportionate measures may include a warning, content removal, a communication restriction, temporary suspension, correction of improperly obtained results or rewards, or account termination.
Where cheating, manipulation or another material breach affecting a competition is established, we may annul or correct affected results and reverse the advantage obtained. This is a separate ground from the review of a connection interruption in section 11. Action against one player must also take account of the position of other affected players. A suspicion or an unexplained disconnection alone is not proof of cheating.
We will explain the principal reason for a restriction or correction and provide a way to request review, except to the extent disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise another person's privacy or an ongoing security investigation. Immediate protective restrictions may be needed before the investigation is complete. Restrictions do not automatically extinguish rights concerning lawfully purchased content or refunds.
7. Operation, maintenance and legal remedies
Online features require a working internet connection and a supported app version. Maintenance, outages and updates can affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, but this does not exclude our obligations concerning the supply, quality, security or conformity of digital content and services. We will provide maintenance, updates and support where required by law or expressly promised.
Contact us if a purchase is not delivered or a feature is faulty. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include correcting the issue, a price reduction, termination or a refund. Responsibility for service-related claims rests with us as required by law; the internal match-review process does not replace those remedies.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the app and its materials remain with their respective owners. Your license does not transfer ownership of the software or those materials. We are responsible for dealing with third-party claims that the app, or its authorised use, infringes intellectual property rights, including the investigation, defence and resolution of those claims as required by applicable law and the Apple terms in section 15.
9. Privacy and records
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account information, match records, technical logs, purchase information and reports. Relevant records may be used to operate the service, investigate faults and complaints, and protect fair play. Authorised administrators and moderators may access information relevant to their assigned tasks. A nickname or account identifier does not necessarily make a record anonymous.
Accepting this Agreement is not blanket consent to every use of personal data. Where a particular activity requires consent, it must be handled separately under the applicable rules. Access to records and retention are subject to data-protection law.
10. Diamonds, purchases and in-game fees
10.1. Nature and use of diamonds
Diamonds are virtual units used within Yamb. They are not legal tender, a deposit or an investment, and Yamb does not offer cash redemption or exchange for goods or services outside the app. Diamonds may be earned, purchased or received through authorised in-app features. Gifting and donation features, when available, are subject to their rules and limits; selling or trading diamonds outside those features is prohibited. These restrictions do not remove a statutory right to a monetary refund for a purchase.
Yamb involves player decisions and chance in dice outcomes. No particular result, ranking or reward is guaranteed. References to an entry contribution, prize or reward describe in-app diamonds and do not promise a cash return.
10.2. Purchases and delivery
Before a purchase, review the price, quantity, product description and applicable store terms. Purchases are processed through the payment options offered by the app or its distribution platform. A purchase of diamonds does not guarantee a win. Keep your transaction reference so that an undelivered or incorrect purchase can be investigated.
10.3. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law and any additional rights provided by the relevant store. Purchases are not automatically excluded from refunds merely because the item is virtual. Where the EU/EEA right of withdrawal applies, it is normally exercisable within 14 days of the relevant contract, subject to the legal rules for that purchase. We respect that right for purchased virtual currency that remains unused.
Where the law permits loss of a withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content, this requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; accepting these general terms alone does not satisfy those requirements. Claims about non-delivery or faulty content remain available independently of withdrawal rights. Submit a request through the relevant store's refund process or contact us under section 13; a store process does not remove any claim you may lawfully make against us.
10.4. Corrections to balances
We may correct a documented duplicate credit, a refunded or reversed purchase, a technical accounting error or rewards obtained through an established breach of section 5. Corrections must be limited to the affected amounts, take account of supporting information and be open to review. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove legitimately acquired diamonds without a valid reason. Changes to diamond features or the service are governed by section 14.
10.5. Game fee: 4% in diamonds
The standard game fee described below is 4%, calculated in diamonds and deducted from the contributions used to fund rewards. It is an in-game fee, not a government tax or an additional charge to your payment card. A fee is included in the contributed diamonds, rather than added on top of the stated contribution. The rate, calculation and exceptions must be available before participation; a later fee change must not be applied retroactively to an entry already accepted.
- Turn-based multiplayer (MP): when an entry contribution has been collected, 4% of each player's contribution is deducted, rounded down to a whole diamond for each player. The remaining contributions form the winner's reward. For two players contributing 1,000 diamonds each, the total fee is 80 diamonds and the winner receives 1,920 diamonds, including the remainder of their own contribution.
- Ordinary One vs All (OVA): where there is more than one participating player, the reward pool is 96% of the collected entry contributions, rounded down to a whole diamond. With two or three players the first-ranked player receives that pool. With four or more players, it is divided 60%, 30% and 10% among the first three, with each award rounded down; small rounding remainders are not distributed. No game fee is deducted from the returned contribution in an ordinary OVA round with only one player.
- Daily challenges with an entry contribution: the reward pool is 96% of the collected entry contributions, rounded down to a whole diamond. It is distributed among up to three eligible winners in proportions of 6:3:1, adjusted to the number of eligible winners. The last eligible winner receives any rounding remainder.
The standard 4% game fee does not apply to a game with no diamond contribution. Daily-reward rounds, donation rewards, free or beat-the-bot daily challenges and league entry arrangements have their own reward or entry rules; the calculations above must not be assumed to apply to those separate arrangements. Any separate entry cost must be disclosed before entry.
10.6. Separate gifting fee
When gifting is available, the standard fee-free daily sending limit is 2,500,000 diamonds per sending device, counted using the server's calendar day. A gift which takes the cumulative amount over that limit, and each further gift that day, requires the option allowing gifts above the limit. Such a gift has a separate 4% fee on its entire amount, not just the portion above the limit. The fee is rounded down to a whole diamond and deducted from what the recipient receives; the sender pays the stated gift amount. Without that option, the above-limit gift is rejected. Moderator accounts are exempt from this gifting fee. This exemption does not alter the game fees in section 10.5.
10.7. Annulment and remaining corrections
An ordinary connection interruption does not automatically reverse an entry contribution or fee. Annulment and correction requests are reviewed under sections 6, 11 and 13. An in-app annulment may reverse player transfers without automatically restoring every previously deducted fee or statistic. The outcome of a review must explain the affected results, rewards and fees, and any further correction required. Where a system error or applicable consumer rights require restoration of a fee or balance, we will arrange the appropriate correction; a limitation of an automatic tool does not remove that obligation.
11. Connection interruptions, time limits and match review
11.1. Reconnecting and completing a turn. In turn-based multiplayer matches, a disconnected player may reconnect and continue while the match is active, but must complete their turn before the server's turn deadline. The deadline is the configured turn duration plus a 5-second allowance. If the server detects that the player whose turn it is has disconnected before that deadline, it extends the existing deadline by 20 seconds, at most once per player per match. Reconnecting does not restart the timer or grant a new extension. A player who fails to complete their turn before the applicable deadline is treated as having left the match for its result. In a two-player match, the opponent who remains wins; with more players, the remaining players continue under the game rules.
11.2. No automatic annulment for a disconnection. An interruption of a player's internet connection, whether intentional or accidental, is not by itself a reason to annul a match or reverse its in-game consequences. This also applies where the player had not made a move. A connection otherwise working normally does not, by itself, establish a fault in Yamb's system or server.
11.3. Assessment of a connection complaint. An administrator or moderator may annul a match on the grounds of a reported connection problem only where a reasonable assessment of the available evidence establishes a Yamb system or server error that affected the fair conduct or outcome of the match. Available server and system logs, match records and other relevant information, including information supplied by the player, are considered using consistent criteria for all players. This condition does not prevent a separate correction for established cheating or manipulation under section 6, or a remedy required by law.
11.4. Inconclusive information. Records may not conclusively show whether a connection interruption was intentional or accidental. An inability to determine its cause does not, by itself, establish either misconduct or a system error. If the review does not establish the error described in section 11.3 or another valid ground for correction, the recorded result remains in effect, subject to mandatory legal rights. Applying the ordinary timeout result does not require a finding of intentional misconduct. Missing logs alone must not be treated as conclusive evidence that the service was fault-free.
11.5. Requesting a review. Contact support@igre.app with your nickname, the approximate match date and time, a description of the issue and any available match identifier or supporting information. Providing these details helps identify the match; missing optional details does not automatically invalidate a complaint. Relevant new information may be submitted for reconsideration. Section 13 explains complaint handling.
11.6. Mandatory legal rights. This procedure concerns internal match administration. A moderator's or administrator's assessment does not bind a court or determine statutory rights conclusively. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights concerning faulty digital content or services, complaints and recourse to a competent authority or court. Statutory rules on the burden of proof remain unaffected.
11.7. Applicable rules. The rules applicable when the match began govern that match. This section does not retroactively alter earlier terms or remove accrued rights.
12. Volunteer moderators
12.1. Role. Community moderators participate voluntarily to help players and support fair application of the rules within the authority assigned by Yamb. Their assistance does not make them parties to this Agreement or personal guarantors of app operation, connectivity, match results or review outcomes. They do not personally promise continuous availability or an immediate response.
12.2. Personal responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, volunteer moderators are not personally liable for assistance or decisions made in good faith, with reasonable care and within their assigned authority under these rules. Helping with an issue does not itself create a personal obligation to annul a match, restore diamonds or compensate a player. Disagreement with a decision alone does not establish personal liability.
12.3. Safeguards. Volunteer status does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not limit Yamb's contractual or statutory obligations, including responsibility for persons acting on its behalf, or the rights in section 11.6. Complaints about moderation can be submitted under section 13 without restricting any other legal remedy. This section does not retroactively remove accrued rights or claims.
13. Support, written complaints and review
Send written complaints to support@igre.app or Rika Omega Labs d.o.o., Pavlenski put 5k, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Please describe the issue and the outcome you seek, and provide relevant information you have, such as a match or purchase reference. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
We will acknowledge receipt without delay and respond in writing, clearly stating whether we accept the complaint and the principal reasons. Where Croatian consumer-protection law applies, the response will be provided within 15 days of receipt. Any other mandatory deadline remains applicable. Sending a complaint does not require approval by a moderator, nor does it prevent recourse to a competent consumer-protection body or court. Reports about a moderator may be reviewed by the provider or another authorised person.
14. Changes, suspension and ending the service
We may make necessary and proportionate changes for valid reasons, such as legal requirements, security, preventing abuse, correcting errors, technical compatibility or maintaining and improving game features. Changes are not an unrestricted right to withdraw purchased content. Material changes to these terms, fees or purchased features will be explained in advance, with their effective date and any applicable options, using a suitable notice and, where required, a durable medium such as e-mail. Consent will be obtained where required by law. Publication of an edited webpage alone does not override those requirements.
A fee or rule change applies only to future entries after it has validly taken effect. If a change adversely affects access to or use of a purchased digital service beyond a minor impact, applicable rights to retain the unchanged service or terminate the contract and receive any refund remain available. Urgent security or legal measures may require immediate action, followed by an explanation where permitted.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion. We may end access for a material breach through the proportionate process in section 6. If we discontinue the service for other reasons, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible and address unused purchased entitlements and any required refunds under applicable law. Deletion, suspension or closure is not a blanket waiver of consumer rights.
15. Additional terms for Apple users
Your agreement for use of Yamb is with the provider identified in section 1, not Apple. We are responsible for the app, its content, support and applicable warranties. Apple is not required to provide maintenance or support for Yamb.
The Apple license covers Apple-branded products you own or control under the Apple Media Services usage rules, including access permitted through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. Applicable third-party service terms must also be respected.
If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and obtain a refund of the app's purchase price. As far as the law permits, Apple has no further warranty responsibility; related claims and losses are our responsibility. We, rather than Apple, handle app-related product, regulatory, consumer and intellectual-property infringement claims.
You confirm that you are not in a territory subject to a US government embargo or designated by that government as supporting terrorism, and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce this Agreement as third-party beneficiaries upon your acceptance.
16. Applicable law and mandatory protection
This Agreement is governed by Croatian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence where that protection applies. Nothing here imposes an exclusive foreign court or compulsory private arbitration on a consumer. The competent courts and available legal remedies are determined by applicable law.
No provision excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or other non-excludable liability. If a term is invalid or unenforceable, mandatory law applies and the remaining terms continue only to the extent they can lawfully do so.
